Examination Arrangements for Students with Disabilities

On February 15, 2011 the Rector's Council approved the Guidelines for the Proper Ways of Examination of Students with Disabilities. Important role in implementing the guidelines plays the Academic Advisor for Students with Disabilities. These guidelines are addressed to the members of Teaching and Research Staff and to the students with disabilities, in order for students with disabilities to integrate and equally attend the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

The guidelines cover specific settings, arrangements, or adjustments, depending on the type of disability and the "limitations" it implies, for the full participation of students with disabilities in exams, and are not intended to intervene in the educational process or affect the academic freedom of the instructor.
