Submission Procedure and Publication
Submission Types
The ICEAPVI-2015 accepts papers for the following types of submissions:
- papers (for oral presentation),
- posters.
The reviewers will select for oral presentation primarily papers that incorporate significant experimental or theoretical results, or that otherwise advance the in the field. Posters are presentations of papers in large format on public display as a forum for discussion of work-in-progress.
Paper length and format
Papers (for all kind of presentations) shall have a typically length of 8 pages (at least 4 and at maximum 10 pages). Please make sure that you use A4 (210mm by 297mm or 8.27” by 11.69”) paper layout. Authors have to follow strictly the MS-Word template file to format their paper correctly for submission:
All kind of papers should be submitted in PDF format, through the Conference Management System. Please do not send papers directly by e-mail.
Review and Post-review
All submissions will be subject to review by at least two independent referees from the Program Committee. After the notification of acceptance, authors will be requested to submit their camera-ready papers taking into account the reviews.
