(*) Participants who are registering for the conference as ICEVI-Europe members will be cross-checked against the membership list of ICEVI-Europe by one of the members of the organizing committee, in order to ensure that they are in fact members of ICEVI-Europe. Furthermore, their member fees for 2014 have to be paid for.
(**) An official letter or other formal document (in English) from the University or School you attend, duly signed and stamped, indicating the current student status must be provided upon registration.
(***) You can purchase additional Gala Dinner tickets or printed proceedings at the registration desk of the conference.
(****) Accompanying person's registration fee includes

Non-ICEVI Europe members are encouraged to become members by clicking here and take advantage of paying a reduced conference registration fee of 100Euro, before December 20, 2014. Please make certain to send your completed ICEVI-Europe membership application form and membership payment by using the Paypal account available online or via a bank transfer.

Cancellation
For cancellations until January 15, 2015, we charge a service fee of EUR 50. For authors and later cancellations no refund can be made. The date of receipt shall be decisive. Participants, who do not cancel and do not attend, will still be responsible for the full registration fee. The participant has the right to appoint a substitute at any time without additional cost.
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in written form - with indication of full name, invoice number and bank details for reimbursement - to: iceapvi@di.uoa.gr.
