Academic Department Secretariat

The Secretariat of each Department of the University's Schools serves undergraduate students, postgraduate srogram students, doctoral candidates and Erasmus students. In each Secretariat, a staff member and their deputy have been designated to assist students with disabilities or special educational needs. Interested individuals may contact them by telephone or email. Their contact details can be found in the table below.

The following matters are handled by the Secretariat:

applications for postgraduate/doctoral studies,
applications for participation in transfer admission examinations,
registration/transfers of new students,
part-time study applications at the beginning of each academic year,
suspension of studies at the beginning of each semester,
graduation procedures (student deregistration),
issuance of institutional university account credentials for electronic services (e.g., Electronic Secretariat, EUDOXUS, e-class),
academic identity card,
housing allowance,
European Health Insurance Card,
scholarships (e.g., IKY),
course declarations,
grades,
transcripts,
certificates of enrollment,
graduation ceremony applications,
degree copies,
degree authenticity certification,
parchment diplomas,
CIVIS-related matters,
ERASMUS+ internships,
recognition of ERASMUS+ courses.

The Department Secretariats have been connected to the NKUA electronic request submission service platform. Therefore, requests addressed to the Department Secretariat are now received and officially registered electronically through the website eprotocol.uoa.gr, which hosts the platform. Access to the University’s electronic request submission service is provided through the applicant’s taxisnet credentials or academic account.

For general information and questions regarding secretarial support, please contact the Secretariat only through its telephone numbers or email address, and not through the NKUA eprotocol electronic application platform.
